to club UK
Personally I'd just get it home and enjoy it for a bit, there's not a huge need to jump straight in and fit a 1.6, take it out with the 1.3 and have a play first
The 1.6 will just get you to 70 faster, to be honest that's about as fast as you'll want to drive it and it won't be going that fast very often has it got lift shackles fitted? If so I would remove them straight away and fit some standard ones if you want to drive it fast. I've had my SJ up at 80 before and let's just say you don't want a lapse in concentration
As for the conversion itself if you get a kit it's pretty much just an out and in job, the wiring is the same you just ideally need a 'skinny' starter to save any messing about grinding the block and starter for clearance. If its got lift springs on it you shouldn't even need to swap the sump or modify the oil pick up pipe to do so.
