I'm intrigued by this.

Realisiticly what sort of performance is this thing gonna have?

I'm guessing it's a plastic body so not much weight, and for something of that size a shed load of power.

Well, my mini isn't finished as yet but it is not a plastic!
It has 2" roof chop, raked front and rear screen to retain standard screen.

This cylinder head is 1 off as carbs actually bolt onto head direct!
Port and polished mildly....
Rally camshafts, adjustable cam drive, under drive pulley, LSD, 4 pot vented disc brakes, self designed/made rear beam axel, rear disc brake with self deisgn/built radius arm.
This will gives me about 138 to 140Bhp.

The gear ratio was able to take car to 138mph top speed but I will be happy with 120!

My other projects are....
mk1 Gti with Justy AWD drive with turbo Gti engine (180Bhp then 300Bhp).
mk1 Midas with RWD with turbo Gti engine(180Bhp).

I have been fetured in Mini magazine with my Mini ( On the Job section).

Cheers
Atchi
