If you do give it a little lift it will also need extended bumpstops or it will still catch on full articulation or when it is really bounced about.

They were brilliant for some cheap (free) lift to fit my tyres on... they are hard as nails when you first put them on but after a load of bouncing around they will soften up a bit... and then snap
Worth it if you just need them for clearance and you can get them really really cheap... otherwise - shit
