i like your style thats the type of will power you need!, as Scott says it has to be something simple, take it your using the skinny starter?

ye using a bosch starter bolts in ok and sits flush ect

I done nothing but moan about it last few days lol and thats not going to get it fixed! im sure you have all been there at somepoint tho.

have you had the box off and checked wer the starter sits?
use a mirror put starter in positrion and get someone to turn the flywheel
see wats happening ?

just had simler fault on two starters lol
the piston part of the starter wernt working
took it apart and cleand it all up and works :)
i have 3 starters here naw with im gonna see if i can refurb them
also i pinched the spade conecter so it fits tighter as this conector that fires the cog to engage the flywheel
