Link to the manifold if anyone is interested. Postage is free at the moment, mine arrived on time, was just over a week and that's with the bank holiday weekend

Got the exhaust done tonight. Very impressed with how it sounds with the new silencer. Hopefully tomorrow I can have a test drive to see if it has opened up abit more power, certainly sounds to rev better.

Ordered one of those manifolds for mine. Great find.
See if i can get it fitted and the rest of the exhaust rebuilt for the trip down south in June.

Excellent, it's a really good fit and a steal at that price. Mine sounds loads deeper now without being loud. Hard to say if its more powerful but definitely revs quicker

So after 2 years iv found a down side to lots of flex and 33" tyres, the axle ends up bent like a banana.
So today I finally got round to making a start, original axle off and stripped, replacement axle stripped.
Going to try keep as many mounts as I can do its just a case of welding to new axle and refitting.
Slipped in some new wheel bearings at the same time.
Turns out the long shaft also bent with the axle yet still drove fine, found the splines very worn and the planet gears with teeth broken off

Ye iv got a spare axle that's already had the bottom trussed, so just cut off all my mounts, redress them and build back up.
I did get it all done today but no finished pics. Ill get some Thursday.
