Purchased a 7" lamp mounting set [usually for Mini, MGB et., which needed to be modified for the Samurai. Cut the shell with a Dremel as near to the support ring as I could and then ground the edge down till almost flat.

First stage, located outer ring positions for beam adjustment screws. 12mm diameter holes required. There are in addition 4 No fixing points.
After much measurement, remeasure, relocation drilled holes in stages, 3, 5, 8, 10mm and finished off with a file.
