Well my evening of welding has been scuppered by a dickie
Bottle of gas that refuses to seal. Will get an exchange tomorow.

So ive done some bits on the chassis, swapped the crusty
Fuel lines for some decent used ones id kept from a breaker
Swapped the leaking silicone smothered tbox for a hopefully
Decent one i had in stock. Weber carb dug out of the pile to clean up at work, prop brake found too and will be blasted and painted at work tomorow. Got some calipers coming from r-nottz at some point for the rear so just need to get the old jap drums ive got
Kicking about turned down. Combined with the 4xs brakets that should be the RBC sorted.

Hope to get an exchange bottle tomorow so ill do some
Welding then on the front body mount.

Tomorow ive also got a mates td5 in with a leaky transfer to have a look at, my other friend done the MOT on it at the weekend and moaned because he got ep90 in his hair and on his shirt so stank all day. :hahaha:

Nice tidy fixes Andy, they look really clean and well stitched in, much better than my patchwork repair panels!

Cheers dude. Ive just changed to argoshield, well actually
Its hobbyweld 5 but basically the same. I was using straight co2
Before so im quite pleased with the difference. Still learning but im
Feeling more in the "flow" of things.

Only got about about 5 days to get the body done now as ive got the carlton to fix and the misses Jimny needs a service and some tinkering. Then Service, sump gasket, handbrake and trackrod on a disco too. Ohh and Welding on a mates clio for its mot.
Busy boy :hahaha:
