Re: New Year's Day laning
Imber is open from 10:00-15:00 and can be approached from any of 4 ways. They only provide details for getting there from the well paved routes.
I guess we want to take the un-paved route from Bratton for the more authentic experience? (and avoid road cars)
www.imberchurch.org.uk/ has the details for opening and getting there
So meet at Westbury White horse does look like a good idea.
Visit Imber from there and then head off to the East side of the A360 where there are a lot more by-ways.

Re: New Year's Day laning
Sounds like a plan! I presume we are allowed to get there via the graded route?
So the question is what time??? I guess we're all going to be midly hungover

Re: New Year's Day laning
Imber isnt open till 10 so if we are going there first then no need to meet before then.
Will be sporting a mild hangover. Got a landranger of Sailsbury plain also.

Cool well what shall we say 11ish to allow for travelling times?
don't worry I think we're covered for this area map wise, I have 172,173,174,184,185 & 186 land ranger maps in the sj at most times, then again they have been through years of offroading so aren't in the best conditions
