There solid and make the ride like concrete and eventually your existing springs will curl over the ends of them putting a lot of stress on old springs in one spot, especially on rough and bouncy terrain.
There easy find, I'm sure Llama 4x4 still do them.

Standard SJ springs are pretty flat anyway.
As said if they are already sagging they will just fold over the AAL leaves and snap.

Yep do not get from jap4x4 they are shot springs sorry for language but they are
I have calmini springs on mine
You could just buy second hand springs mate

Just looking at prices at the moment they might have to wait a couple months just bit strapped for cash being just after xmas and having to fork out £400 for a new clutch on the sj and new wheel bearings and oil sump for my l200

It's around an hour job and around £100 for the clutch kit?

The clutch was £90 the other £390 is for work on my l200
