Re: Project Bodge
Another quick update.........Had i dig around in the drivers footwell at the weekend, found loads of rust.... which was nice.
So i got rid!
Also got the other sill on,
Also many thanks to 4eye for showing me how to weld at the weekend. As you can see from the picture below it has massively improved from my previous shody work. Although i still have along way to go

Re: Project Bodge
Havent really got much done lately, but progress is still being made. Pretty much finished patching in the footwells.....
But as you can see there is still much work to be done. Im hoping its going to start moving along a bit faster once all the welding is finished

Re: Project Bodge
Got the front arches finished. Spent most of the day patching in round the fuel filler (was a right pain in the arse) but thats the worst of the welding done now i think. Hoping to take the body off next so i can under seal it.
Also did a bit of shopping, got myself a vitara engine, and also a new set of wheels

Re: Project Bodge
Thats some serious patching going on there but the welding looks spotty dog, considering you havnt been doing it that long. Presuming there fatboy wheels.
What size tyres are you going to?
Good to see another build progressing. Cant wait to see photos as u get it bolted back together.
