If it was a drive train issue i'd expect it to do it all the time.
As it's when you brake i'd guess a caliper is binding on.

even low tyre pressure can cause a pull when braking but it does sound more like said caliper issue.....

Havent done the caliper but its cleared it self so thats fine. But now were leaking oil fast.

tom mate, look at it this way. The more oil leaking out and onto the body work, the less welding you'll have to do...... well, maybe.
