Thanks folks, good news is i managed to bend the rear door out pretty well. Not too noticeable Jacked the hinges straight and is shutting better than ever. don't think ill be needing a new door after all. New ally rad arrived too, looking forward to sticking it in. All is looking good for MOT this weekend!

Decided need to get my ass in to gear and do some more off roading! life keeps getting in the way! plan is to go at least once a month, start doing more play days, club events etc. Booked onto my first with a anus club next weekend!
So time to get the old truck up to scratch! stuff to do this week..................
Rear springs up front
anus C.j Springs in rear
New clutch
Build Winch Bumper and fit winch
Fit C.B radio
Remove Cat from exhaust
Fit rear recovery point
So got started the other night, should have done the sensible bits first really but, have been dying to fit the Warn 9.5ti which my missus bought me for my birthday!
Looked around for a winch bumper and not much out there to my liking, the off road armory jobbie is quite nice but i don't like to spend money on bits i could make.
Order a Universal Winch tray off ebay, and set to work with the CAD ( Cardboard Aided Design), quick trip to the metal stockists and £60 later i had what i needed.
Know everyone loves pictures so here's how its looking so far.............
Still got to sleeve the chassis to stop the mounting points pulling out, plus lots of welding and grinding, then a coat of paint.

Looks well bud. The CAD turned out well. I'm planning something similar one day. So much to do.
I know how life gets in the way. I said "this year i'm going out once a month" managed januray and april. All going to plan it'll be twice in april though! Make up for missing march at least.
