At the moment its pretty much stock apart from the pickup truck conversion. Got a few questions that I'll post in the relevant places.

It is technically a suzuki cause it's maruti/suzuki, it's just the Indian market for suzuki right?
Like scion is to toyota?

Love it, more photographs please! It's great to see how suzuki changed the design for different markets, is yours a 4x4 or a 4x2?

to the club! Of course you are welcome
it's still a Suzuki, my father actually has one of the few (only????) maruti's in the UK, his is an MG413W.
And yes donkeychomp all marutis are Lwb
Is the pickup conversion one of the factory maruti pick up backs?

Cheers for the warm welcome all!
@Tramp - its a 4x4, the whole reason for buying one
, it has low and high range modes as well together with manual locking hubs at the front. Until 2moro, it needs to live in my garage as i have not got insurance yet and im working all day today.. but once its out the pictures will come!
@ScottieJ - These Gyspy's are i think one of the most common cars here in malta. If you want any spare parts then let me know, scrap yards are full of them, and plenty of parts online on the maltese version of ebay called maltapark. The pickup was done by a previous owner, basically he riveted a piece of sheet steel over the cab part, then made a metal firewall, and added a window!
EDIT- Here is a pic with my sons quad bike in the back (another reason for the LWB version)

Welcome to the club!
As said all Suzuki related vehicles are welcome, more 4x4 orientated forum but lots of members join for the engine tech help too as a lot of the engines / components are shared across the suzuki range.
Looks like a tidy motor, appears to be missing all the rust though.
