Does anyone knows what the jerrycan on the top of this photo is for? It's on a 1987 SJ

if you're talking about the airfilter housing, it's a repositioned sj410 air filter and housing

Might just he extra windscreen wash. That's a lot though

Yes that's the one . It is an original and not very rare in Asia. There was one for sale and I think it was advert as an oil something.

Did Suzuki ever make a 2 Smoke engine version ?? and if so would it have been the 2 Smoke oil tank,only a suggestion more than likely talking aload of bollocks,not a model for all markets but could be the answer.

That is an FB 2 stroke engine! Means you have an SJ30!
possibly one of the last 2-stroke SJs they ever made

Not entirely sure what the tank is for but I would very much like to see the Suzuki haha

it an oil feed tank for the engine being a 2 stroke.
