Leaky Front Diff

Seems to be leaking from the diff where the shaft goes in...

1) Is this bad?
2) is this fixable? (Just a replacement seal or something?)

More than likely just needs a new oil seal.

Hopefully, what are they like to get hold of? And to change? Ugh cars lol

Is it worth grabbing a nylon support bearing while I am at it?
