Stripped threads on wheel studs

Hi. Any thoughts chaps? Took my SJ413 to a garage today to get the front wheels balanced but the mechanic found that at least 2 studs on one side had been cross threaded so are fooked :bawling: . Any recommended options here? Are the studs replaceable or is it a case of the whole hub having to be replaced? Or would a tap and die set be an option for a hopefully simple repair?
Cheers

I wouldn't be too keen on trying to tap them if there is not much left, as it is what holds your wheel on after all!
As far as I am aware all of the wheel studs are replaceable. I am pretty sure that the stud size you are looking for is M12x1.25 34mm

Here is a link to someone that is selling some OEM ones on ebay:

I far as I am aware the studs on a SJ413 are the same as the Samurai (Someone please correct me if I am wrong).

If you could sell me a few that would be great Scottie! Happy to pay for express post too if you're ok to post to sunny (cloudy today actually) Spain.

Anyone changed the wheel studs? Just want to know if there's an easy way or if the entire hub has to come off.....? Looked on trusty old youtube and a lot of the time it's pretty easy(ish) but I don't know if it will be on the Suzuki.

Should be able to change them just by removing the caliper and brake disc.

I'll dig some out tonight for you.
