Hello everyone! Just joined your forum and before I start
snooping around and ask questions I want to introduce myself and my car. I'm Alan and my car is The Green Hornet! Since I got it for about a year now, I had so much fun with it. I got to do some aesthetic improvements to The Green Hornet so far but am looking to do some mechanical upgrades in the near future as well.
So here we are! :D

Could anybody point me where to find car parts based on my VIN? I bought previously parts by model and year and didn't fit 😖

Hello and :welcome: to the club!

What sort of parts are you after that you got the wrong ones? Engine parts I always order by engine code for eg.

Hi guys and thanks for welcoming me in your club 🙋‍♂️

In regards to the parts, I bought brake pads that didn't fit and the adjuster lever for the brake shoes on the rear brakes. Didn't fit either. I'm still using the original pads until I find the correct ones. And for the rear brakes I have to adjust them on a two week basis which is a real pain since I have to remove the drum to do that. You can see the part I'm talking about circled in red. The part I bought using the part number from Suzuki is in the second photo and it's obvious that is different.
From searches on the web I hear that Santana might have used the same brake drums as Peugeot 406 ?!?

Managed to find brake shoes with the adjuster on it at £55.
Posting the code as well if anyone else is interested.
