Suzuki Grand Vitara Acceleration Problem

Suzuki Grand Vitara would not accelerate in park, it just doesn't rev. When it's on the engine hunts very badly and the speedometer needle just bounces between 1 and 2. A MAF sensor was replaced and the samething kept happening, vaccum leaks were fixed and sealed. The computer was tested and it works but the diagnostic tool would not connect to it, can I please have some assistance
