2018 Suzuki Swift Cruise Control

Hi Everyone,
I've just bought a 2018 swift, it has cruise control buttons on the steering wheel but doesn't work.
Is there a diagram I can use to investigate or any advice on offer?
Do we think it's wiring, relay, fuse related?
Could I be in a situation where the wheel has the buttons but nothing installed behind it I.e no components installed from factory?
