What are peoples opinions on D-Flex shackles, are they beneficial or do they do more harm than good?

all depends on your driving style IMO if you have a heavy right foot then they can kill springs but if you are gentle than they can be good offroad as you get a bit more droop in the suspension, however there is some debate as to whether or not they make much of a difference as there is only really the weight of the axle and wheel pushing down on the ground when they droop and not the weight of the vehicle so you wont get a huge amount of grip from the drooped wheel.

on road I'm not sure i'd like to have them fitted unless you could lock them.
