power steering pipes

I am currently installing power steering to my sammy, and want to make up some new pipeowork as the stuff that came with the kit doesnt really allow the resivour to sit nicely in the engine bay. The original stuff is a mix mash of metal pipe and rubber does anyone know what diameter and type of piping i should buy to replace the whole lot for rubber??! I am running a Jimny Steering box and a vitara power steering pump.
