wen i got the zuki i was told i could be the head going, then the day i went to pick it up matey told me they cracked all the injectors and it was gd news one of them had gone. so i got a new injector still smokes just not as bad, yesturday i ws having a little play noticed one fo the rubber pipes has abitof a break in it so taped it up and the majority ofthe smoke has gone until u give it some heavy revs. the smoke is a kinda whitey gray bita blue which dont help!!

but i noticed yesturday wen i take the oil dip stick out smoke comes out of it??

but yes i shall take a few pics shortly and get them uplaoded :D

Definitely sounds like the engine... head gasket or something probably :(
Bluey-whitey smoke indicated that you have oil and water getting into the cylinders.....
... and the smoking dipstick...

Sorry I can't really help much more, not really that clued up on diesel engines, especially vauxhall ones!

Agreed. It looks busy in there.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Ha I like the bonnet bulge, I'd have thought the previous owner may have been better giving it a body lift instead!

I can't say I'm struck on your grill either - Sorry! Apart from that It looks like a tidy little motor and its nice to see a tin top, the majority of SJ's are soft top, Mine included! so its nice to see one with a proper roof, did you fit the bucket seats? some people swear by them, but I wouldn't fancy them for a long journey!
