I've just found out about the Japanese Auto Extravaganza. If anyone fancies going and having a club stand it's £25 per car in advance and a minimum of 10 to get a stand.

looks good but i dont agree paying that much to show your car because if we didnt show our own cars then they wouldnt have a show

Yeah, most of the shows i take a car to only charge between £2 and £5 to exhibit (and I hear they actually PAY some of the fancy stuff to go along)
In fact thats why I started exhibiting, i used to go to the big local classic car show every year and it costs £28 to get the family in, now I pay £2 and just take my car in

i must go to the boring shows then because when my dad takes his mk2 cav to shows there normally free to get into

i park next to them anyway ... even hung my bumper over a mates lowered saxo's bonnet the other day
