well its been a long slog, but now the icing has been put on the cage with the alterations made to my roll cage.
A good work base to start
cut the old cage ounts off
Prep the plates
Prep the sliders
Tack it on
Weld it up
and the finished article ready for Sunday
The rear still needs doing but it can wait

She looks good to me!
wish i had the sam eset up as you, a 'pit' to work in and a barn to do the warm stuff in, i am limited to a block concrete garage with only just enough room down the sides to get the wheels off! and any work underneath is done with me on my back straining my neck!

It does certainly help with having all the room to work. Those ramps are fine with a sj on them, however you do start to feel a bit "un nerved" when there is 14 tonne of tractor on them

What kinda tractors do you run?
I used to have a part time job cleaning tractors, mainly Valtras and merlos, before they had services/repairs done to them, so they could be sold or before they were shipped to their new home.
