New member looking for a Samurai

Hi all
New to the forum I am on the look out for a Samurai seen some on ebay at the moment I have never owned one before so any advice would be appreciated . Im looking for one that is for daily use as well as for going down farm tracks etc not full off roading.

Welcome to scuk and when u are looking at sjs make sure the arches and footwels are rust free

Rust is your enemy, well unless you can weld so look everywhere and everywhere again when you go to look at an SJ, I'd also advise taking a jack and jacking the wheels up to check for any play/rough bearings. Check all prop ujs for play etc. these aren't too expensive to fix but bargaining points for knocking off some money.
There's a nice low mileage example in the for sale section at the moment, however it does need welding but the price is good!

I will keep a look out in the fore sale section . I havent got a welder starting to think i might get one LOL

hi welcome to the club your makeing the right choice sjs are the dogs b**locks for what your wanting it for mine is my daily runabout and playing in the mud at weekends .take a tow rope very handy for pulling lesser jeeps out the mud ha ha
