difflocks gone quiet?

The place to socialise, and relax, if it doesn't fit into anything below it fits here, so tell us that joke, or share that story of your last off-road escapade, but remember new comers the virtual drinks are on you!

difflocks gone quiet?

Post by Lil_Beastie » Tue Nov 13, 2012 7:53 pm

hiya peeps.
As you know im still wondering onto my old stomping grounds every so often to just see whats going on. But Ive recently noticed difflock.com had got alot quieter since a year or 2 ago and mainly Vitaras.
Now theres been no comments since sunday. Have I missed some falling out?

I see your still going for the Rat Look. If you still had the SJ you could have some genuine rust :D

Your not wrong it has gone really dull on there, there hasn't been a falling out or anything as far as I'm aware.

Maybe everyone's just bored of answering the same old questions over and over again

I know I am, I still help people out on the odd occasion though if the question hasn't been covered 1000 times and can be answered with a quick search.

id say it has gone rather quiet on there recently

i like difflock. but id say smaller forums are more friendly

i used to frequently check difflock, but i find myself checking out SCUK everyday now. this site does have a great atmosphere to it. difflock gets a bit let down by its regulars

I havn't posted there for weeks & I rarely do so now, i used to spend a lot of time there but now suzuki wise im almost exclusively SCUK and my post count is higher here, I did like difflock but it seemed to have a huge turnover of members which was ok but the same questions were coming up again & again. I also thought the lounge could sometimes be a bit cliquey with the regulars,

Ive only ever had an account there for a few PMs I wanted to send and to view the classifieds.

Do browse every now and again. Mainly the custom builds section bit it is always quiet nowadays.

SCUK all the way! :guns:

I've stalked loads of forum sites about suzuki but I chose this one because of the info available and the friendliness of everyone. It's surprising difflock has gone quiet, it has so many people on there.
The LJ forum on here is usually quiet because of it's rarity :/
