Although brand new to the forum, Id also give a heads up that Im one of the bods behind event planning for the Forestry Commission in the North East.
We dont allow green laning (sorry) but we do lay on a cracking 4x4 safari for responsible 4x4 access into the forest at Kielder.
What may be of more interest is we are celebrating 40 years of the UK's longest Forest Drive on 11th May with a vintage and classic vehicle run and on Sunday its the 7th annual Kielder Vintage & Classic Vehicle show held at Kielder Castle.
