Hi all. Just bought my first SJ - been looking for a while; couldn't decide on getting a 'project' or a clean, ready to use one - owing to my poor mechanical ability, i chose the latter!

Will be picking your brains on a few mods, & local events over the summer :D

thanks for the welcome.

nothing overly technical yet - just lifted, spaced, & another set of wheels with proper off-road tyres. then will try a bit of 'gentle' off-roading (not driven a 4x4 since i was in RAF 20 years ago!)

haha yea, i said i was going to only do little things, was only going to repair the arches and put some a/t's on it, but then i went and chopped all the arches out and welded in some big wide arches in and side steps and vitara wideboy alloys on, still got to get my a/t's and maybe a little lift, would love to do the YJ spring conversion..
