Post by MPD123 » Wed Nov 27, 2013 7:47 pm

Hi all, newbie here from the Bath/Bristol area.
87 413, stock apart from awful spring lifters, usual MOT worries comin up, time to put the bike away for winter and get another ticket on the bounce box !
Did see a K reg 413 other day with some two part folding shackle spring lifters, looked good with a lot of lift, any idea what they are ?
As a newbie I guess it's my round so see you in the bar !
Paul
oops,should have said 87 3 door !

Welcome to the club bud,

As said d flex shackles. Off road only lads tend to like them. Those doing road miles hope and pray they survive every journey with them.

Hi and welcome to the club!

Im sure scottie will be along soon to put you off D-flex... personally I don't like the idea either though!
If you're on a side slope and the higher up dflex open... easy roll over methinks?
