hi whats the best way to get rid of these rust spots on my suzuki sj410 any help on this thanks sam

Chop it all out and weld in repair pieces if you have access to a welder.

From the looks of the front area of the rear arches when you start poking round the body mount area its going to go right through to behind the drivers seat.

chop it out and back on arches give your self a virtual lift why your at it
SJ 410 currently off road waiting to leap out of hibernation.

best to get the grinder out and find out where the rust ends and the good metal begins!!!

what part is the first pic?
for the underside of the rear footwell i ended up chopping most of it out and replacing with some 90* bent sheet
the back of the arch next to the fuel tank might be doable with 1 or 2 plates

i'd probably take the tank out first though just to be safe!!!
