Alternative to vinyl hood?

Hi, I need a new vinyl hood for my SJ. Is there anything out there as an alternative IE a hard top that clips on and off when required? I seem to remember at some point on the forum there are fibreglass hardtops available but I am not sure how they would create a seal on the windscreen? Cheers Buck

He said when he got them last time he sold the first 80 very quickly and the last 20 took ages to shift. So he does not ...

Samurai Prop?? What size???

Hi, I need a front prop for my Samurai. I bought one off someone off this site and the one I received was 693mm long. When I went to fit the prop it was approximately 25mm too short. I therefore need a new front prop that would be approx 718mm long. Does anyone know if there is different lengths pro...

Re: Green Lanes in Northants, Oxon and Bucks

Hi Buck, I find that Bing Maps (as much as I hate bing, and microsoft) is actually quite good for finding green lanes!!! Check out this link, it should take you to Brackley. http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=52.03504429139285~-1.1438515037285213&lvl=14&dir=0&sty=s&eo=0&where1...

Green Lanes in Northants, Oxon and Bucks

Hi, I have been down the one and only green lane in my area at the weekend. It is only about 2 miles long. There is another one that is due to open in May, it closes between November to May inclusive. So not too long till that reopens. In the meantime, does anyone know of any others not too far from...

Re: which insurance company do you all use?

How old are you if you don't mind my asking? I use Frank Pickles, but you need to have a clean license unfortunately... and be over 25 The don't do no claims, but I got insured for about £150 They let you have whatever modifications you want with no hassle or huge cost. Sureterm Direct have quoted ...
