Just saw these posts sorry guys, we have a guy that does all our gearbox recons.. That's for new pinion bearings, seal and crush collar.. I'm going to have a go myself, I've got a DTI gauge and my dad said he's rebuilt quite a few back in the day lol.. I'm still looking for another pair of diffs to ...

Diff needed, getting very very close to NEEDING it..

The build is progressing and I'm about a week away from being finished (by finished I mean back on the road, under sealed and resprayed) and without a diff I'm not going anywhere fast..

It's going to cost around £150 to have mine rebuilt with new bearings etc, would rather buy a full diff..

Well today was quite productive, got body stripped apart from the dash and the chassis stripped ready to clean and paint tomorrow..

Anyone got any idea which alternator fits the 1.6 with the custom engine mounts (not sure who made them) the current 50A alternator is about 5-6mm from the mount, also what is a skinny starter?

Wow i knew they wouldn't be that heavy but i thought it'd be a 4 man job, yeah i'll make sure i update you, i used your diagram to order from :)

What do you usually use to coat the chassis and bottom?

Been on the phone to Suzuki trying to order crush collar and seal and they don't have a part no for the seal, the one on the SJ Axle thread isn't valid anymore apparently and they said its too old to come up on the parts system, they emailed Suzuki to ask for a diagram.. Decided to crack on with the...

How much for a pair and did you keep them seperate.. Front crown with front pinion etc..
