Direct opening and closing with the key works

Dear forum members. Recently I can no longer lock my doors with the remote control key. Opening is possible. I have replaced the batteries without result. It is also the same with the spare key.
Suzuki vitara 1.6 GL Urban. Can someone help me?

Dear forum members,
Do you need a special socket spanner to dismantle the seat rails? An ordinary socket spanner will not do the job. I have the impression that the bolts are a bit conical.

Sorry for this late reaction.De cause of the problem was a faulty camshaft.sensor. I replaced it and the problem was solved. It cost me € 25.I want to thank you all for the solution.dummy
