Not as much progress as hoped today, spent a few hours chasing round a gas regulator, then found a superb sheet steel fabricators.

More progress, had some sill sections folded up this morning and made two sills. Got the drivers side in, still need to sort the foot well out and a small bit where the fuel filler would go through the floor. Hoping to get the drivers foot well done tomorrow and at least the arch in on the passenger side. The other side should be quicker, not as rotten and already got the arch rolled and sill made.

Coming along nicely :D

I'd look to make some form of stand for the gas bottle though, as you don't want it turning into a missile if you accidentally knock it over.

Might make a stand one day, at the moment the shell is priority.

I just bolted a piece of plywood to the bottom of my MIG for the bottle to stand on, and tweaked the casing to allow me to wrap a chain around it. It's been like that for years now. I will make a proper stand one day ;)
