The rear side windows aren't that far from the dash, mate - they're pretty small trucks really...

I would guess it's on the doors or the dashboard. I'm certain it's a piece of interior trim.

Is it a door handle? The inside one that you use to pull the door shut.

I see what seems to be a Phillips screw head zoomed in on a lot my guess would be door hinge or some sort of bolt on the dash
