The other good thing about a big rear winch is you can then pull fail rovers out when they try to follow you through something that really needs a Suzuki...

Few little updates, P5 is pretty much done, needs a polish, an oil cap and the winch wired up.

P6 has had the same transmission tunnel treatment and looks way better!

The quality of work that you are doing with these LJ80'S is fantastic,as i understand it that you are keeping one but selling the other one, when you come to sell it what sector of the market would you be aiming at ??? the reason i mention this is that they have a cult following but these followers would either i assume use them for total off road or as a show type of car as i cannot see that folks would spend a fair amount of wonga to buy a high quality car to use off road and risk damaging it.

Of course its not my motor, and i could be missing the point but could it be priced out of its niche ??

A very good point Rick...I'll be using a classic car auction site. It's the blue one that's for sale, Piglet 5. Considering that she is better than new (in my opinion lol) the amount I'll ask for her is quite reasonable...I've seen Moggy Minors on ebay for £13 for Bob's sake. No I'm not asking anything like that! I reckon it'll sell to someone who wants some unique summer fun and a car that can be used in an emergency in winter. I have even thought about calling Suzuki UK and seeing if they want it...

Is the blue one the one with the vit chassis, or am I confusing it with some other LJ?

That was one I was interested in until it turned out to be a Vit with an LJ body. The blue one is pure LJ. Well, apart from a 410 engine and box..
