To bob or not???
Re: To bob or not???
Yes a 200mm chop like on the red one and 255/85r16 tyres (33x10.3) but with modded sills.
And tube bumpers, but with an internal cage.

Bob it!
Advantage of slightly longer wheelbase, and still have the same departure angle.

Re: To bob or not???
I won't have quite the same departure angle as a swb but it will be close
I thought there would be more people telling me not too. Tbh I've been telling myself not to for a long time

Re: To bob or not???
I would say chop it. my one has a dropped structure on the back with a tow ball on it, and it absolutely kills my departure angle. I am going to chop this off eventually, and make a receiver at the back with a dropped tow ball attachment for it. looks like the bumper on your's is similar to mine, after all the chassis behind the spring mounts does nothing structurally, so I would say chop it like the red one!
It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

Looks like my dad will be having the soft top for the Maruti and I'll be chopping it's arse off and having fun with some fibreglass then! Either that or I'll try to make a custom soft top.

I'd give the old girl a Robert.
If it's that far gone and you are going to make custom parts anyway I think it would be a shame not to do it, would look amazing matey.

Re: To bob or not???
The LWBs do have a terrible departure angle compared to the SWBs... every time I go out with the gypsies here they are hitting their arses on the floor!
