Sun visors

Apologies if this is in the wrong section. Is it possible to repair sun visors? The spring has snapped in both the driver and passenger visors. I've Googled and there's various "solutions" involving tape and even loom bands but nothing seems to work. Thanks for any help.

ebay...used ones for maybe a tenner. Cheaper than trying to fix them.
If it ticks over...leave it

Ebay has a couple of sellers breaking up a Suzuki Ignis but one wants £60 and another £50 for a pair. Bit reluctant to pay so much considering they'll be around ten years old and probably well worn. I'm assuming they may be generic for some Suzuki cars so I might try the local breaker.
