I passed my NPTC chainsaw maintenance, cross cutting and felling small trees course today and i'm well chuffed!

did a few days with a tree surgeon friend a few months ago and enjoyed it so much I thought I'd give it a go and try to start a new career! Now I've just gotta find a job

and save up for my climbing and felling large tree tickets!

Sounds interesting scottie. Mate of mine was a lumberjack many years ago. Not something you hear much about outside of the forestry commission nowadays.
What are you changing career from? If you dont mind me asking.
All the best on a successful change.

They are some fairly severe career changes going on there. I understand the boredom thing tho. I worked in various offices for a few years and just got bored.
Good luck on the job hunt.
