No it's the Spanish type with the locking collar (fitted on my samurai) the two wires are for the level sender and the low fuel warning light, the body is grounded - that's why the terminals are insulated, the picture is from the inside of the sender, the part that goes inside the tank.
I don't know how the single connector one works? It does have a low fuel warning light doesn't it?

I have the Jap 410, the tank is obviously grounded, and the single connector wire goes straight to the gauge up front. No low fuel warning light back in the day!

Aaaargh! I wanted to say fuel sender, but mine doesn't look like that!
1985 SJ413VX (SJ50V) with SPOA, rear disc brakes, 31x10.5R15 Kaiman Malatesta tyres, an MOT and a lot left to do!

Go for it, it's been more than x5 days

The rules of the game are simple,
-someone posts a picture and people post guess's until it is guessed or until the 'picture poster' gives a clue.
-When someone guesses a picture correctly it is their turn to post a picture of a Suzuki component, this only changes if someone does not post a picture within 5 days of the picture being guessed (in that case it becomes open to anyone)
- the part has to be component on a standard suzuki SJ / Vitara / grand vitara or LJ. (Exceptions to this are well known brands of aftermarket kit ie. calmini, rocky road, rhino ray, etc)
- let's all have fun and not make this too hard!

Correctomundo!
Derived from J. Clarkson's quote "Correctomundo - a word I have never used before and never intend to use again" Meaning "totally correct, well done matey"
Your turn
