The kit used to be available on US and UK amazon, but not anymore, the shipping's pretty steep from LROR if I remember and not the best exchange rate either at the moment (you could also just make your own easily enough).
Don't forget to check those other possibilities mentioned in the post in the link I gave, before you assume its the ignition area, most common first:
1) Weak, flat or defective battery
2) Loose or dirty battery connections
3) Loose or missing ground connection to engine block
4) Loose connection at starter motor
5) Defective starter solenoid
6) Worn starter brushes

The first 4 have been checked...all fine. As for the motor itself, it's a recon unit with a years warranty, fitted 2 months ago, the previous one was NEW but was in storage for a while so the warranty expired. I'f be gobsmacked if the starter is to blame.
Yes the postage is more than the part from the US! But I've had a look around and they seem pretty simple just to make. So I'll probably try that idea first.

I did the clicky starter fix on my old SJ. All I used was a relay, some wire and spade connectors. Got the diagram from Twiss I believe

I have ordered a 30amp relay, in line fuse and holder, got all the connectors and wiring. It'll be a doddle. (he says...)

Installed the relay today. To say my electrical skills are poor is an understatement. No idea what all the little icons mean at all but Sherwood's link did make it all very simple. A 30amp relay, inline fuse (30amp) and holder. Some wires and connectors. And a decent wire crimper helps too.
Disconnect battery!
Take off the igntion wire from the starter (female) and connect to #86 on the relay.
Make a wire with female connectors on each end, attatch one to the starter (the wire that just came off) and the other end goes to #87.
#85 is the earth wire. I put on an eyelet and earthed it to the horn mount.
#30 is the wire that goes to the + battery terminal with the inline fuse holder.
And that's it.

If I didn't have my hands full with all the bikes I sure would do that! The company in the US wants $25 for one, a bit steep. Postage however, is $93. What a bargain...
