What type of headlights are these?

What type of headlights are these?
Saw this picture the other day and really like the dark style of headlights, two questions arose, are they legal? And also anyone have any idea what make these could be?

Could be LED? Look nice except for the chav angel eyes
You can get similar dark mk1 golf headlights that are easy to fit and not too expensive. Also have the benifit of being H4

Nothing wrong with Angel eye on a SJ, they look good

Ahh noice!! Are there any guides laying around for a golf conversion or is it really that simple?

Installed these little daytime running lights the other week hooked up via a switch up on the dash, that's why I'm looking for some new headlights as I'm doing a bit of a lighting overhaul on the ol gal and so I'll be matching the ice white led's

Nice! I want LED headlights (I've replaced all external lighting with LED's except the headlights).

I dont think they are LED ones. Looks a lot like the projector HIDs people fit over here.
