Sj500?
Odd question that probably has a very simple answer, but why does the metal plaque under my bonnet say "SJ500" not sj413? ![screwy :screwy:](./images/smilies/screwy.gif)

Different parts of the world different names, think that is Spanish, that's what the language looked like on the Wikipedia page ![:D :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Re: Sj500?
In your sig it says VSA? so it's Spanish.SlimGrim wrote:Odd haha, all other badges on t say 413 or samurai and the vin would make it a jap haha
Should normally be VSE for Spain and JSA for Japan though but it's just the first letter that identifies the country of manufacture.
Re: Sj500?
Think they just called the early samurai's, before they were technically samurai's the sj500. In Japan they used different codes for the vehicles than they did elsewhere.
