Help with Infotainment system please

Post by irishpitman77 » Sat Apr 25, 2020 9:01 pm

Hello.

I have had a vitara sz-t since December.

My one annoyance is the infotainment system with a USB attached.

Everytime a song finishes I have to go back into folder then select the next album in the folder.

Why can't I just press next song to follow on the folder? It's very distracting especially when driving.

The other annoyance is that it comes on everytime you start the engine.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

This as put me off suzuki's.

Thanks.

:welcome: to the forum.

I'm not too clued up with the infotainment system but my dad does have it in his jimny. Are you playing you music off a USB stick or from your phone via usb?

Also just in case you haven't checked this, here's the manual, might be an answer in there? http://www.suzuki-slda.com/Lists/User%2 ... ope_EN.pdf

I also own a 2016 Vitara Brezza and I have replaced the stock infotainment system with an auto snap 9-inch unit. It had decent reviews on mototechindia by users, so chose it. It is 9-Inch touch screen unit with android connectivity. It looks like a tablet and the control buttons are placed on both the sides of the screen. It's not the best but at least better than the stock ones.
