Hi Jay if it is an EFI model then the pump will be in the tank.

Drop the rank out? 4 bolts to undo the guard and tank.

ok so im looking for a new fuel pump now, and iv found this 1. only im a bit suspicous as it says for a 1987-1995

suzuki samurai? and the fuel injection samurai's wer 1990-1995?

plus it is ridiculously cheap compared to UNIPART and TMS prices which were in exess of £200!!!

I would try and find out the outputs of Vitara 1.6 8V efi.

You might be able to pick a tank up with pump for pence at a breakers.
