Revival

The place to socialise, and relax, if it doesn't fit into anything below it fits here, so tell us that joke, or share that story of your last off-road escapade, but remember new comers the virtual drinks are on you!

Revival

Post by ScottieJ » Tue Jan 17, 2023 10:34 pm

Hi

So after just a crazy busy few years I want to try and get this place a bit more like the old days. More posts and more meets, yes some actual club meets! I know it won’t ever be the same as it used to be thanks to Facebook groups etc but I still prefer the forum platform over modern social media.

I’m planning on doing another Wagtail weekender this year, there is a 20 vehicle limit and the date isn’t confirmed but I’m hoping it will be around July-September
I’ll confirm the actual date and start an event post as soon as it’s organised with the site owner.
Would be amazing if people would like to join us.

I’m going to look at a few potential shows as well, always enjoyed having a few social meets

Never know I might even get a new batch of Merch done.

Good man, might give me the kick up the arse needed to get the site in ship shape condition at last also!

I don't have Facebook so I rely solely on forums for information. Less numptys on forums too. So I'm all for it. What's this wagtail Weekender?

Off roading, BBQing, beers, camping.

Great weekend. Although that description can be applied to all SCUK based weekends.

The funny slash not funny thing about this is that in my haste to spruce up the website I accidentally killed it for a week, sorry peeps, but back up and running (hobbling) now!

With regards to making the forum busier I guess there will end up being more chat in threads, I also don’t have Facebook ect so enjoy this forum seeing people doing there stuff.

I'm well up for some Suzuki offroading. I always end up surrounded by broken jeeps or bland rovers. Gets abit boring after a while.
