big tyres no speed!
Oh boy. I've plopped on some 31inch tyres on 15inch rims to my 413 and now it is slower than a Kia Rio. Would putting in a 410 transfer case help?

Yes fitting a 410 transfer box will lower your high ratio by about 12%
If yours is a samurai fitting the diffs from an early narrow axle 413 will lower the gearing a small amount as well.
