There's three ways of doing things:
The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

If I won the Lotto I'd get mine restored, buy a LWB dropside and convert the cab on the dropside into a short soft top and still have enough left to built myself a british hot rod using old Rovers, Jags and MGs.

Mine had one too until I jacked the SJ up and forgot the jack was there. When I set off I folded the original jack in half as I drove off it!charger wrote:Mine does too but mine was bought for £500Rjmaas512 wrote:Just noticed, It seems to have the original jack as well under the bonnet.

I've got 2 of the original jacks... they are rubbish though! I just keep my small trolley jack in the back

I've gone for a bottle jack from halfords. Pretty good tbh. Just need to change the wheel if I get a flat. Does the job, and only £15.00 on tradetwiss wrote:I've got 2 of the original jacks... they are rubbish though! I just keep my small trolley jack in the back
Tried it today when under-sealing and it works surprisingly well.
