Block fog light? What's one of they?
its a red light on a switch with a light To indicate that its on what more do they want?
Oh I just checked it should be in the centre or offside of the back of the vehicle and not be affected by the use of any other lghts
http://www.ukmot.com/1-1.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; nothing about what type of light or its shape! Stock Spanish sj foglights are just built into one of the clusters

What you have should be fine! You just need to swap the reverse and fog positions so the fog is on the offside. It should not matter what style the light is, that's what I meant in my last post

If Spanish back lights include the fog lamp could a jap Sj with the hanging square fog lamp be ditched, and the light clusters be swapped to Spanish ?
Does it replace one of the reverse lights or something ?
