Hay guys, on February 12th I'll be doing the Valentine's Firewalk at Bury St Edmunds rugby club in aid of The Stroke Association.

Just got back from the firewalk, did 2 walks

. the fire was 575C, but the worst part was walking barefoot on the -4C ground round the fire.
